Men’s Rights in Divorce

Men often feel at a disadvantage in divorce litigation, especially with regard to child issues. However, this is only a question of perception and preparation. Men are not at a disadvantage because of their gender, but they often put themselves at a disadvantage because of their behavior and actions. This workshop is designed to alter the perception and to prepare men to level the playing field.

Women’s Rights in Divorce

Women often feel at a disadvantage in divorce litigation, particularly with regard to financial issues. However, this is a matter of perception, not reality. Women are not disadvantaged by their gender, but they can become disadvantaged if they do not make themselves knowledgeable and prepared to deal with issues that they may not have handled in the past. This workshop is designed to help shatter the perception and prepare women to deal with issues in divorce that they are uncomfortable with.
